Sept 15, Go Aggies, Cardinals and Utes

10:00 pm.
Lindsey is still having pvc's and the VAD is still not filling properly so they called in Dr. Rosenthal to look at it and review it with us.  We talked about a lot of stuff, but basically they don't have a good answer as to why this is all happening.  It seems the more she eats and drinks the better her pump reacts, so we have been pushing the food.  She is still on full tube feeds, but the additional food and fluid seems to help. They are going to do an echo tomorrow to look for fluid around the heart and see if that is what is causing this.  She is acting great and went on a good walk.

Took Hunter and Gage home to stretch out. We found a group of trees and a fort out behind the RMH and now we call it 'Hunter's Hideout'.  I think it is actually a place where a homeless person sleeps.  Whatever, it makes a cool fort for the boys.

This morning Dr Katz Meada and his 5 year old daughter Emi came by for a visit. He stayed quite a while and told us about his family, his garden, Japanese culture, and looked at pictures from Oregon. It was very nice of him.

Watched Stanford beat USC in Lindsey's room.  The stadium is just around the corner, so this place was rockin' when the game got over.  Bummer about the Aggies, missed a field goal to loose by 2 to Wisconsin. (That would have been soooo cool.)  Currently watching the BYU / Utah game. (24-7 Utah leading) GO UTES! So if I didn't spell correctly or speak in complete sentences you know why.

ndscurrs 56Wow...Your family has been such an inspiration to me and I'm praying for Lindsey to get her heart soon! When I read you are a UTES fan it makes the connection even closer. I knew I liked your family! We, too, were sad the Aggies missed the field goal; we live here in Nibley (right outside of Logan.) Create a beautiful Sunday and blessings to Lindsey and all the Bingham children!

Obviously, the ndscurrs 56 wasn't suppose to be at the front of my post. It was the words to prove I'm not a robot...don't know how it got there. :-(

Sounds like Saturday was a busy day!! Yay for football games, but I can't believe you didn't mention anything about Mrs. Smith's and the Fritz's DUCKS or the Broncos!! :)
Tell Lindsey that Logan is sore from all those pushups she did the other day in P.E....thankfully Lindsey had her practicing them last week!! We are also on a mission to find Wacky Six...Logan is hooked (now that she knows more points win's the game...lol)!
Praying that the pump is filling properly and that the echo went well today. Hope today was filled with many blessings. Loves, hugs, and prayers for each of you--xoxoxoxo

I think that is one of the neatest things ever, to have a doctor get 'personal' with a patient! That's pretty neat!
Hopefully Hunter won't go to his hideout by himself (that's the grandma in me, ha.) Sounds like a fun place. What little boy wouldn't like that, ha! Jason disappears, you know where to look, huh?
We'll keep prayers going to fix those silly irregular beats so you can be a bit more at ease. Can't imagine how nerve wracking that could be.
Hope today was enjoyable for all. God bless all! M.

What a cool doctor! He has a kind face...and his daughter looks like a sweetheart too! He obviously knows good folks when he meets them! I continue to pray for strength and encouragement for mom and dad, good school experiences for all the kiddos, more good reports for Lindsey and Gage, and especially wisdom for the doctors. And oh yes, did I mention...the perfect heart for Lindsey! Love to all!

You look great Lindsey! What a nice doctor to take personal interest in you! Seth, Grandma and I just finished watching Rocky II the movie. It was fun! In the movie Rocky told a joke to Adrian:
Q: why do cows have bells?
A: because their horns don't work!

We loved it!!!! AND We LOVE YOU
Love Aunt G, Uncle Seth and Grandma
