Our nurse Kimberly was really busy with another patient today. They had the 'crash' cart in there and it was pretty serious. There is some major stuff that goes on here at this hospital. Kade and Stephanie's baby Tristen is doing better. Getting closer to coming up here to 3 West.
Jake, Wendy, their kids, and Grandma left for Oregon this afternoon. It was really nice to see them.
Tomorrow Sierra and Megan are going to SF with some of their church friends for the afternoon. Hope they have fun. This week Gage has a clinic appointment on Tuesday, and Sierra has a biopsy and IV treatment on Wednesday. It is the Annual biopsy where they will look at her coronary arteries and heart pressures. Hoping for the best there. I am planning on going home Thursday to do some office work. I really don't want to leave but need to.
Tonight Lindsey has started throwing a lot more pvc's. Hopefully they don't develop into anything. (The worry never goes away)
But it has been a great day. One for the good guys.

Glad that your medical care comes from such fantastic people. The trials in our lives seem to provide an avenue for families to bond, that can't be formed in any other way. Someday, I'd imagine, you'll look back on this time and appreciate these bonding times.
What a compassionate doctor. Sound like this past weekend was a great one. Does Roper know he is in the heart of Stanford territory with that sweatshirt on????
On the home front: 32 degrees Sunday morning. Yep. And, it's 37 right now on Monday. The days are 'perfect'.
This morning the three of us are gong downtown to pay our respects to a young Baker soldier that was killed in Afghanistan. We heard yesterday that he was his mother's only child, and she was a member of one of the other wards. We are thankful for the gifts we have in our lives and the gifts that we have because of the sacrifice of others.

Oh MY GOSH! I have been planning on sending Lindsey The World According To Humphrey series! I LOVE those books!! Glad she has them - she wll love them.
How awesome that your doctor is not just doctoring, but being so human as to bring his own child in to meet Lindsey Lou! That's awesome.
Thinking of you as we prepare to start school tomorrow. We'll miss Hunter, but hold a place for his return! :-)

Wow, what a wonderful Dr., just one of many that care for Lindsey and your family!! Just goes to prove that Doctor's are more than just Doctor's doctoring. How sweet of him to bring Emi and for her to sharre some of her favorite books, I hope this helps Lindsey out.
It sounds like this week will be another very busy week, we will pray for all good things to come from all of the doctor visits and procedures, and that all the reports will come back with the best results, so some "ZERO" Dancing can go on!!!! :)
