Aug 18, The Auction

10:30 pm.
Justin Bingham and Becca Davis, my cousin, kept us informed of the amazing auction.  It was quite an emotional night for Stacy and I as we heard of the support of so many of our friends.  Tonight Tiffany stayed with the kids as Stacy and I went to downtown Palo Alto for dinner.  We ate a cute little crepe place and texted Becca and Justin. It felt like we were in Italy, narrow streets, foreign cars (except our big suburban) Greek food, and no one around us spoke English. Kinda funny.

Had fun with Gage and Hunter at the circus. They got a huge kick out of the lions, elephants and trapeze.

Lindsey did great. They did a 2nd x-ray on her right side looking at the fluid.  It looked better than last night. Had two more really good walks.  Her energy, temp, heart rate, and itching are all better than yesterday.

Tiffany leaves tomorrow.  Sure nice having her here.

Sure love and miss our Baker Valley tonight!

A wonderful family of 5 children with a strong faith in God, two incredibly strong parents, a selfless, loving and supportive community, extended family and friends, "strangers" from around the world, all coming together to help one child in need! All who follow this story have been blessed to witness faith and charity in action. When faith and charity come together, miracles happen!
I am thankful for this real life story that teaches us all how to make the world better with a little more love, prayers, selfless service, gratitude, family, friends, and most important faith in God. To all you involved in supporting this wonderful family, may God bless and keep you. Thank you for your example! And to Lindsey, keep remembering your dream. Dreams do come true!

It was truly an honor to be there last night! I've always loved North Powder, but last night brought that love to a new level! It was amazing to see the love and support from such a small community. Wish you could have been there to experience it yourself, but I'm so grateful Lindsey has you both there with her! Love and prayers!!

Lindsey Lou so happy that your feeling better, keep being ever so brave and strong!!! Have you been back to PT to do anymore obstacle courses lately?
Glad the two of you "lovebirds" were able to go out and have a wonderful and much deserved date night! Hoping today was a blessful and peaceful Sunday. Praying that Seirra and Megan's school week will be fulfilled and that new friendships will be made. Hang in there girls, you have to give yourself time to relax and let things fall into place and then everything will just happen naturally! Logan and Riggin had the same feelings when we moved last year for our temporary move!! Loves, hugs, and prayers to each of you. xoxoxoxo
