Sierra and I head to California this week for Biopsy and IVIG treatment. Same as the last 2 months. She is still on new heavy med's. Hopefully we can get a zero on the biopsy and do the 'zero dance'. We will update as we get info.

I don't think I have ever had chard, but isn't it suppose to be REALLY healthy?? Good job, getting your kids to eat it.

So I have no idea what to food chard is, but all I can think about is the movie along came polly when they have to leave the party because the guy charded in his pants! Kudos to not eating it!
With a name like chard, how can it not be absolutley delicious?
